‘There’s things I want to say to you’
‘There’s things I want to say to you’ is an interactive experience installed in MCAD. In the installation sits two desks, parallel to each other, separated by a rolling wall. On each desk sits a red heart shaped box, with a maroon QR code taped to the top. On the floor in front of each desk is a pile of conversation hearts.

Scanning the QR code brings a screen that states, “tap for a prompt,” tapping the screen brings up a series of prompts that allow the user to express their feelings regarding the prompt. Once send is pressed the message is assumed to be sent somewhere that is not told to the user.
On the next desk there is another identical QR code, but when scanning this, a screen pops up that has a series of responses that users from the other desk had submitted.
The network of this project lives on, bringing these qr codes to different bathrooms around Minneapolis, Mn. I continue to keep the “wall” between the “desks” alive. By separating the two ends of the projects through the bathroom stalls.
